Enhancing customer service through our technology
Each Vending Boston Company route driver downloads all sales, inventory and cash accounting data from out vending machines using sophisticated handheld computers. The data collected includes exact product sales (i.e. how many NutriGrain bars sold over the last week, month or year). In addition, we closely monitor the exact amount of coins and bills collected from each service visit. At any given moment, our operations managers have total visibility into our warehouse and vending machine inventory. Inventory visibility equals better informed decisions, quicker - which keeps our vending machines stocked with the freshest foods at their peak of flavor and, most importantly, our clients happy.
